UNDER THE ROSE is created, owned and operated by its founding members: Tracy Phillips, Denna Thomsen and Kristin Campbell-Taylor.

TRACY PHILLIPS - Director and Choreographer of the burlesque show On the Fringe now running at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Tracy’s work was called “fearless” by the L.A. Times. You can see her edgy and provocative work on stage with artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Britney Spears and Gwen Stefani.

DENNA THOMSEN- is a maverick performer, Choreographer and creative artist. Her work is known for its strong sense of narrative, leading with emotion, and questioning the status quo. You can see this in her work for Apple’s “The Greatest” Campaign which won several accolades at the 2023 Cannes Lion Awards or in the feature films, Booksmart, Don’t Worry Darling and Blonde.

KRISTIN CAMPBELL-TAYLOR is an Emmy nominated Producer whose work includes live immersive shows for the Los Angeles MOCA and the Standard Highline Hotel in NYC. Her television credits include producing on So You Think You Can Dance, World of Dance,America’s Got Talent. Currently she’s the Senior Supervising Producer on the Masked Singer in its 10th season.
